Contribution Talk

All participants are welcome to give a talk; each talk slot will be about 40 minutes or longer.
If you would like to give a talk, please send an e-mail to the organizing committee sita-rebit@mail.ieice.org by the deadline.
Please attach a one-page A4-size document with the title and outline of your presentation. The organizing committee will confirm the content and permit the presentation.

Accommodation Stay
/ night for a room
  • A twin/single room, mainly a twin room, is assigned.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the room.
  • You may share it with family, companions or other registered-participants.
  • A room can accommodate up to two people over the age of 18, plus up to two people under the age of 17, at no extra charge. So, up to four people can share the room for 250 USD per night.
  • The third/fourth person over the age of 18 can stay in the room for additional 150 USD per night for each person.
